We will start this off with Volquartsen, they make and sell every part for a 10/22 including complete rifles
They sell two versions of the CNC machined bolt. The bolts feature a round titanium firing pin, a tuned and hardened extractor & an integral bolt handle (similar to what you see on semi-auto shotguns). After machining the bolt is case hardened and then coated in a black nitride coating to aid in lubricity
In addition they include a bolt buffer and their special recoil spring/guide rod. They retail for $247, see them here
Volquartsen's other bolt, nicknamed the "Firefly" is designed to work with subsonic or "quiet" .22 ammo, see more here
JWH Custom has been one of the top sellers of aftermarket 10/22 bolts. One reason why is their custom laser engraving with a multitude of options.
Their standard bolts are machined from 4140 steel, then radiused, polished and heat treated. The firing pin channel is also pinned, limiting the vertical movement.
Prices are very reasonable at $89 for a bolt assembly to $101-$149 for a kit that includes an oversized changing handle/recoil guide rod, a bolt buffer and a bottle of their lubricant. See them here
They also offer a Titanium Nitride coating option
Tony Kidd offers a replacement bolt (among other things). His are CNC machined from billet steel, radiused and polished. The firing pin channel is pinned and they come in plain matte silver, scalloped matte sliver, plain matte black and scalloped matte black. Prices range from $99 to $134, see them here
Select-Fire has made a name for themselves selling 80% 10/22 receivers. They also offer a replacement bolt which is precision ground and then black oxide coated (blued). Their firing pins are laser cut from high carbon steel, then treated to a carbonnitration process to increase the hardness to 48-50 Rockwell. They are reasonably priced at just $89.59

Power Custom aka Grand Masters LLC, produce a new CNC machined match grade bolt. The bolts are precision machined to provide the proper firing pin protrusion and headspace. The assembly comes with their titanium firing pin and claw extractor. They sell for $124.95, see them here
TandemKross is another company well known for their innovative 10/22 components. These are CNC machined for proper head space, polished for smooth operation and the firing pin channel is pinned to limit movement. They are priced at $119.99

Pike Arms sells a replacement bolt made from CNC machined steel. The firing pin is made from stainless steel and they come in three coatings: matte or polished steel ($99.99) or black nitride coated ($109.98). See them here
Trivette's Gunsmithing sells replacement factory bolts that have been given the thorough treatment including:
- Head space and true the bolt face
- Radius Leading edge makes for smoother hammer reset
- Pin the firing pin to limit up and down movement
- Chamfer the charging handle slot (easier reassemble)
- Lap Contact points
- Machine polish entire Bolt
You could always buy a new one from Ruger, then perform some of the upgrades yourself (see what I did here). Midway USA sells factory replacement bolts for $34.99, see them here
