10/22 upgrades for 2023

You would think that after all this time there would be nothing new to show you, well I was thinking the same thing

We'll start with a couple of items on ShopRuger.com

Last year we mentioned that Ruger & Samson Manufacturing brought us a 10/22 version of the A-Team Mini-14 stock (called the B-TM stock). Now Ruger is selling the accessories to go with the stock separately.

The heat shield used on the B-TM stock is designed to mimic the look of the factory Mini-14 heat shield, it works on the B-TM stock or the factory provided stocks.

Ruger also has the B-TM sight package, front dove tail sight and rear peep sight with picatinny rail

ShopRuger also has the BX-Trigger assembly available with a red trigger

How about a camo stock for winter rabbit hunting?

These TekMats are not new, but I don't believe I have shown them here before, besides helping keep your workspace tidy, they have an exploded diagram and parts list, in case you have extra parts after putting the gun together

Tactical Solutions just introduced a new trigger assembly for 10/22 rifles, called the XRT, it features a 2.5 lb trigger pull, all metal construction and removeable side panels for easy cleaning, see it here

As silencers/suppressors continue to gain popularity, there are more options for integrally suppressed rifle barrels. Of course, it helps when you have the take down model and can swap barrels in seconds.

Omaha Outdoors has these Gemtech MIST barrels ready for your silent shooting, the price of $569 is not bad when you consider you get a barrel and suppressor. See them here

Gemtech is also selling its own brand of sub-sonic 22 ammo. I do not know who the manufacturer is (I doubt it is Gemtech), but they are made in America.

If you are into a classic look or building a tribute rifle like my Spencer Carbine Tribute, then you might want to get some of these antique brass finish sling swivels from Detroit Leather Shop, visit their ebay store here

AGP Arms is selling a 10/22 takedown model with their AGP stock, this is the standard take-down model including the backpack, with the addition of the AGP stock. See them here

While not a 10/22 specific product, it is new and it is important to mention. Crimson Trace now has a line of scopes including a rimfire version. Called the "Brushline" they bring the Crimson Trace quality to optical scopes. See more here

Faxon Firearms is selling aftermarket 10/22 receivers in 5 anodized colors, the price is not too bad at $225 each, see them here
