If this doesn't make your blood boil, I don't know what will....at a gun buyback in Santa Barbara, CA in 2014, some widow turned in her dead husband's S&W model 25, an older pinned barrel model (pre-1982 model) for a $100 gift card. The gun is probably worth more than $1000. The City leaders are giddy that they get the opportunity to destroy guns like this......
